Tranzon is pleased to be commissioned by Priority Investor Loans to sell five Texas real estate assets through a series of lender directed online auctions.
AUSTIN, TX, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Tranzon Asset Advisors of Texas, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been commissioned by Priority Investor Loans to sell five Texas real estate assets through a series of lender directed online auctions. The portfolio spans three markets — Austin, Montgomery (Lake Conroe) and Texas City — and includes single-family residential, multifamily and commercial land offerings. All five properties will be sold in one online auction event, with bidding opening on November 13 and staggered closings on November 17.
Two of the properties are located in Austin. The first, at 2702 South 2nd Street in the sought-after 78704 zip code, offers two separate, fully renovated homes on a single lot — a 1948 bungalow and a 1999 contemporary residence — totaling roughly 2,449 square feet and appraised at a combined $1,102,000 as of July 2025. The second, at 2901 Sweeney Lane in East Austin, is a 10-unit, 7,796-square-foot apartment building on a corner lot about four miles from downtown, offered as a full renovation and value-add opportunity.
In Montgomery, Melville Townhomes at 12455 Melville Drive is an eight-unit townhome community inside Walden on Lake Conroe. The complex was completely remodeled, is vacant, and sits around a resort-style pool about two blocks from the lake, giving a buyer the ability to set rents, tenant mix and management from day one.
The final two offerings are commercial land at Mall of the Mainland (now Mainland City Centre) in Texas City, just off I-45 between Houston and Galveston. A 9.683± acre General Business tract at 1900 Century Boulevard sits at the west entry to the mall with two street frontages, and two contiguous, finished pad sites totaling 3.073± acres at 10000 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway are already paved, lit and drained.
All five auctions will be conducted online only at www.tranzon.com. Bidding opens November 13 at 8:00 AM CT, and the auctions close one hour apart on November 17, beginning at 11:00 AM CT. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid, and the successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the total sale price in guaranteed funds, with a 35-day closing. Properties are sold as-is with no contingencies, and each is offered with free and clear title, no back taxes, no liens and title insurance available.
Public previews are scheduled for the improved properties: 2702 S. 2nd Street on Tuesday, November 10 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM CT; 2901 Sweeney Lane on Tuesday, November 10 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM CT; and Melville Townhomes on Wednesday, November 11 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CT. The properties are subject to sale prior to the auction without notice; pre-auction offers are welcomed and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the auction. Prospective bidders should contact the auction company without delay.
Brokers are protected, and a 2% commission will be paid to a properly registered buyer’s agent at settlement. Tranzon is selling in cooperation with Keller Williams Heyl Group (Ryan Jamison, Broker) on the Austin properties, GregTX Realty (Jennifer Fuller, Agent) on Melville Townhomes, and Partners Real Estate (Alex Makris, Broker) on the Texas City land.
